Olympic Torch Relay

What an honour to be hired by The Hudson's Bay Company to photograph the Olympic Torch Relay while it made it's way through Kelowna. It was a cold morning but 110% worth the extra layers of clothing it took to stay warm at the Olympic Torch Relay Celebration that took place outside of Zellers Tuesday morning.

Festivities included a pancake breakfast, athlete autograph signing with Canadian gold medalist Catherine Pendrel (cycling) and bronze medalist Mike Lewis (rowing) from 2008 Beijing Olympics, along with the passing of the flame from torchbearer to torchbearer.

Goodbye 2009

We are so excited for 2010 but before we push forward to the new year we want to look back and say "Thank You" to all of our 2009 bride + grooms. Adrian Wedding Photography bride and grooms ROCK!

So many of our couples were up for anything and willing to jump fences, run through fields, roll on the ground and even hike through rattle snake territory (no kidding). Thanks to all of you for giving us the best job in the world.
