Kim + Andrew Engagement

I've known Kim since I was little so it was awesome when they decided to book Adrian Wedding Photography for their August wedding. Kim + Andrew traveled from Calgary for their fall engagement session. It was a bit cold but the sun did come out creating such beautiful light for us. Thanks guys for being awesome during your e-session, we can't wait for your wedding!

Rhonda + Andrew Engagement

It's been awhile since we've blogged. Not because we haven't been busy but because we've been too busy to find time to upload our sessions. Lots of engagement sessions, kids sessions and finalizing client orders over the last several weeks. We'll be better at blogging this next little bit as we have some awesome sessions we can't wait to get up. So stay tuned!

We'll start with Rhonda + Andrew. Andrew and I went to high school together so it was awesome when they asked us to photograph their wedding! We had a great time catching up, hanging out and snapping some beautiful pictures at the same time.

Kate + Jason Engagement

Over the past few years we have come to realize that Kelowna is a hotspot for destination weddings. Whether it be the close proximity between the Coast and Alberta, or the constant sunshine and beautiful vineyards, the Okanagan valley is a picturesque backdrop that makes it an ideal place to get married.

Because the outdoors is such a big part of Kelowna, most of our clients are eager to explore and cruise around town. One of the best ways we can think of doing that is on a scooter, which is exactly what our Edmonton couple, Kate and Jason did.

Thanks for a lot of laughs guys and for letting me burn a little rubber on the scooter with you.

Pita+Kevin Engagement

We had a fabulous time shooting this engagement session. We are so blessed to live in such a beautiful city! We first met Pita and Kevin a few months ago when they planned a trip from Edmonton. They recently purchased their own dentistry practice in Vernon and plan to move and marry this August in Kelowna. Thanks guys for such a fun session!

Candice+Dale Engagement

We love engagement sessions! We always have such a good time getting to know our couples while taking photographs of the two of them. It was a perfect evening with a lot of summer sunshine.

Emily+Matt Engagement

We had a fun time a few weeks ago shooting this session of Emily and Matt in Vancouver. We met them at Jericho beach for a few casual shots by the wharf and after a quick wardrobe change moved to the University of British Columbia. They're getting married this July in Kelowna at the lakefront home where Matt grew up.

Lee-Ann + Kelly Engagement

The first time we met Lee-Ann and Kelly we knew they were meant to be together. It's always great when we see couples who truly are best friends and have a ton of fun no matter where they are or what they're doing. It was great getting to know them a little better while hanging out during their engagement session. We're looking forward to their wedding this June.

Charesa+Sean Engagement

What a great couple and what a fabulous location for their engagement session! We love finding locations that don't always seem like the typical place to meet. This wood mill definitely was out of the ordinary but added so much vibrancy to their engagement collection. Thanks again guys for an awesome session, dinner and a great game of bowling! Looking forward to the wedding!

Sandra + Guy Engagement

It was Mother's Day May 2007 when Sandra was enjoying her breakfast at Cindy's Cafe writing her weekly to do list. Suddenly she heard the owner ask "did you want hashbrowns with that?" She looked up and caught a glance of Guy sitting at the table across from her. While they both tried to play it cool and check each other out, a somewhat casual conversation started when Sandra said "so I hear we're the last 2 single people left in town." It was love at first sight.

We had such a great time photographing Sandra and Guy's engagement session. They plan to marry this September in Osoyoos at one of our favourite out of town venue's, Spirit Ridge Resort and Vineyard. Thanks guys for driving all the way from Vancouver just for this session. It was great and we look forward to September!
