WPPI

Hi everyone! Jon and I are super excited to be making the trip down to Las Vegas for our first ever WPPI convention + trade show. WPPI is a week long convention that has become the largest professional photographic convention and trade show in the country!

We plan on meeting, learning and networking with some of the top Wedding + Lifestyle Photographers in the world. (It will be great to meet new and old friends too!) This conference is our investment to Adrian Photography and our clients to keep our studio as modern, fresh and innovative as possible. We plan on learning about awesome new products that we can then provide to all are awesome clients, because awesome clients, deserve awesome products.

Thank you all for being understanding and patient with a slower email return time during this week. We will be answering all emails upon return. We look forward to this convention and trade show and are excited about the future for all our current and future clients. Have a Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Review and update

2008 has come and gone so I thought I would do a quick review of 08 and let you know some of our plans for 09. Last year we focused a lot of our time and energy on building up Adrian Photography as a leader in the Okanagan Wedding Photography industry. We achieved our goal as we were so honoured to shoot 14 amazing weddings and meet so many people within the wedding world. Our excitement for this year is growing as we are booking weddings for the 2009 and 2010 wedding season. We even landed the cover of Okanagan Wedding Guide Bridal planner not only once but twice! Check out our cover shots for the 2008 and 2009 planners.

Along with our weddings we are also beginning to focus our attention in 2009 on lifestyle portrait sessions. These session include pictures of families, best friends, high school teens, toddlers and babies. Our focus with our lifestyle portrait sessions is to capture natural moments as they happen. We love creating photography collections of loved ones hanging out at the park, celebrating a birthday or whatever is most important to you. We keep things comfortable and natural allowing you to be you. Staying true to keeping your photographs looking natural we avoid today's trendy photoshop tricks which ultimately date your photograph and keep your images fresh and colourful. Along with our photography services we offer a long list of professional products and design services.

Chelsea+Lee - Engagement Session

We love these sessions! They are such a great way for the four of us to get to know each other. We shot this session amongst the heavy snowfall we had which made this session so unique.

We look forward to Chelsea+Lee's wedding because they are laid back, a ton of fun and never stop laughing. We love it!

Natalie+Chris

We love getting to know our bride+groom before their big day but when it is someone you have known your whole life, it is a bit sweeter.
My brother Chris got married to his high school sweetheart Natalie, on December 20th. A beautiful, COLD, WINDY Kansas day.
Typical Kansas weather, but who cared, they were getting married.

We just got back from a two week trip to Kansas. We hung out with family and friends like most of us did over Christmas, but we also celebrated something extra special. My brothers wedding.
